We recently had a very enjoyable stay at a charming hotel located in the heart of the Austrian mountains. The hotel had a delightful family atmosphere, and the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home. They spoke excellent English, which made communication a breeze. The cozy rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a touch of Austrian charm. The daily home cooked dinners were simply exquisite, and the breakfast spread was a delight to wake up to. We also loved taking a dip in the hotel's inviting swimming pool. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.
All was well during our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The room I stayed in was not as clean as I had hoped for. There were some issues with dust and the bed sheets were not completely fresh.
